We have been running Crimson folly for nearly 6 months now and it has been a real eye opener for me. I got in the escorting industry 2 years ago without having any idea about how it all worked and have thoroughly enjoyed my time working as an escort. I was lucky enough to get started with a decent agency and had lots of help to guide me through it all. So when I decided to start my own escort agency, I thought that it would be smooth sailing but boy was I wrong!!
As with any business, it requires of lot financial and personal commitment. Not only having to work 7 days a week, but working very long and hard hours, 7 days a week. Sometimes I think it was a lot easier when I was only escorting but I have to keep reminding myself it is all for a good cause and it will be worth it in the long term. One of the founding principles of Crimson Folly was that it was going to be an agency with more emphasis placed on the support of the girls. Our aim is to provide a friendly and supportive environment for the ladies who work alongside us. We have some amazing clients, who are true gentlemen and been very respectful and nice towards the team and the girls. However, we do have our share of should I say “interesting”clients, who have a very deluded idea about escorts, escort agencies and the industry as a whole.
In the beginning, all the girls working with us were friends who we had known through escorting and it was easier to coordinate everything as we all knew each other very well. As the agency started to expand, we were getting a clients and a lot of applications therefore we started to recruit new girls to the team. One of the first problems that we then discovered was the reliability of certain girls. There is nothing worse than not being able to get hold of the girls when you have an appointment for them. It can be an absolute nightmare and it is not a good reflection on the agency and unfortunately several clients have in the past got quite upset with us about this. Clearly this element of running an agency will always be one of the difficulties, and is bound to happen when you deal with escorts who work for themselves rather then for the agency directly as is the case with Crimson Folly.
It is a constant learning curve and everyday brings a new challenge. Ultimately it is the girls that make a good agency and thankfully we have some fantastic escort ladies working alongside us. Many of our clients seem to be really interested in the escorting industry and how it all works. So over the coming months I will be writing starting a new series within this blog giving you a true account of the industry (with lots of funny anecdotes) and hope to dispel some of the myths about escorting as well.
